At United Vintage, we want you to love your unique finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items. Please ensure garments are returned in their original condition with all vintage tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including the original packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the vintage condition of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
